- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Maximum overnight guests: 8
- Minimum age to rent: 25
- Children allowed: ages 0-17
- No pets allowed
- No events allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No parties. Quiet time is from 10pm to 7 am. Upon check out please put all dirty towels in washer and start. Also start dishwasher.
- Please take out any excess trash. This helps the housekeeper get the condo ready in a timely manner

- All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
